What is the NREGA List? (जॉब कार्ड लिस्ट क्या है?)
The job card list is the register of every household in a gram panchayat that holds a NREGA job card. Each row is one family. Against each family you will see a job card number, the head of household and a link to that family's work and payment record.
Think of it as the attendance register for the whole village. If your family is registered, you are in this list. If you cannot find yourself, your registration may be pending or recorded under a slightly different spelling.
Step-by-Step Guide: Check NREGA List (लिस्ट चेक करने की प्रक्रिया)
- Open the official portal. Visit nrega.dord.gov.in (the old address nrega.nic.in now redirects here) and go to the reports section. This part of the site is public, so no login is needed. Data for every financial year from 2010-11 to 2026-27 is available.
- Choose the financial year, for example 2026-2027. Many people miss their name only because they picked an old year.
- Select your state, then district, then block, and finally your gram panchayat from the drop-downs.
- Open the job card register. The names load on screen.
- Find your household using the browser find option. Press Ctrl+F on a computer and type the head of family's name or your card number.
The official site sometimes shows a security warning on the link. That is common for government sites. Always check the address ends in nic.in before you enter any details.
Understanding the List Columns (लिस्ट में क्या जानकारी होती है?)

Do not panic. In most cases it is a small mistake. Work through these checks in order.
- Re-check the year and panchayat. A wrong selection is the most common reason a name seems missing.
- Try a spelling variation. Names get entered in different ways, so search a shorter part of the name.
- Search by card number if you have an old card.
- Visit the panchayat office and ask the rozgar sahayak to confirm whether your application is pending or rejected.

ज़्यादातर state की job card list में हर घर के सामने एक रंग होता है। यह रंग बताता है कि card किस हालत में है। सही रंग पहचानना ज़रूरी है क्योंकि यह तय करता है कि आपको आगे क्या करना है।

Panchayat जाने से पहले यह तैयार रखें
