NREGA MIS report (nrega mis): read R1 to R7 the simple way

MIS, MGNREGA का public database है। MIS का मतलब Management Information System है, इसमें job cards, work demand, attendance और payments का कई साल का data होता है। एक बार समझ लें कि कौन-सी report क्या दिखाती है, तो इसे use करना आसान है।
अपनी panchayat की reports खोलें। R1 job cards, R2 demand और muster roll, R6 attendance और R7 payments दिखाता है।
What the MIS holds
The MIS records the whole MGNREGA cycle, from registering a household to paying its wages. It is public and needs no login, which is what lets sites like this one explain exactly where to click.
The main reports

How to open a report
- Go to the reports section and choose the financial year.
- Select your state, district, block and gram panchayat.
- Pick the report you need, for example R7 for payments.
- Use Ctrl+F to find your name or card number inside it.
Official reports sometimes trigger a security warning in Chrome or Safari. To proceed you must click on the Advanced link at the bottom of the warning screen. Then click on the link that says Proceed (to nrega.dord.gov.in or nrega.nic.in). This will safely open the reports page. Roman Hindi: Jab aap portal kholte hain to kabhi security warning dikhti hai. Isko hatane ke liye page par niche diye gaye Advanced link par click karen. Uske baad Proceed wale link par click karke portal ko aasani se khol sakte hain.

Portal पर इनके अलावा भी कई reports होती हैं, जैसे works, fund और social audit से जुड़ी। इनके number और नाम state तथा portal update के हिसाब से बदल सकते हैं, इसलिए reports menu में हर report का पूरा title पढ़कर चुनें।
Report खोलते समय आम दिक्कतें

MIS की कोई भी report देखने के पैसे नहीं लगते। यह public database है और बिना login खुलता है। अगर कोई report निकालने के पैसे मांगे तो helpline 1800-111-555 पर शिकायत करें।

इनके अलावा भी पोर्टल पर काम, फंड और सोशल ऑडिट से जुड़ी रिपोर्ट होती हैं। रिपोर्ट के नंबर राज्य के हिसाब से अलग दिख सकते हैं, इसलिए मेन्यू में पूरा नाम पढ़कर चुनें। कोई भी रिपोर्ट देखना नि:शुल्क है।

R7 में payment दिख रहा है पर बैंक में नहीं आया, क्यों?
R7 यह दिखाता है कि payment order बन गया है, लेकिन बैंक तक पैसा पहुंचने में FTO process और bank स्तर पर कुछ दिन लगते हैं। Portal पर FTO status से जुड़ी report में अटकने की वजह दिख सकती है। पंद्रह दिन से ज़्यादा देरी पर panchayat में शिकायत करें।
Report का number हर state में एक जैसा होता है?
मुख्य reports का ढांचा एक जैसा रहता है, लेकिन menu में report के number और नाम portal update या state के हिसाब से थोड़े अलग दिख सकते हैं। इसलिए सिर्फ़ number पर न जाएं, report का पूरा title पढ़कर चुनें।
MIS report मोबाइल पर खुलती है?
हां। यही reports किसी भी smartphone browser पर खुलती हैं। नाम ढूंढने के लिए browser के find in page option का इस्तेमाल करें, जो Ctrl+F की तरह काम करता है।
